Our lacquers are FREE of many harmful chemicals, such as Formaldehyde, Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate, & Camphor.

These chemicals are often used in traditional polishes for strength and shine, and have been linked to skin irritations, allergies, neurological issues, and even cancers!

Our polishes (gel included!) provide durability and shine using better for you ingredients.

Our pedicure tubs are FREE of jets that can breed harmful bacteria causing infections.

We do NOT offer or remove acrylic, dip acrylic powder, hard gel, builder gel, sculptured gel, structured gel or extensions of any kind. We kindly ask that before you schedule an appointment, these products are removed as we will not be able to remove them.

Full cancellation fee will apply if our studio is not able to perform your service due to needing extension removal upon arrival.

We do not offer gift cards in 2024.

We kindly request that you cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled time & that you only book appointments you are sure to attend.

[24hr cancellation policy includes changes or incorrect booking to scheduled services as well as day of change of mind service cancellations. 

Cancellations of the following kind 'same day schedule changes, incorrect booking or change of mind service cancellations will be charged for the scheduled services -not including service upgrades].

All appointments will require a deposit of 30% to reserve your appointment. Cancellations can be canceled 36hours prior to your scheduled service(s) time online, after 36 hours.

ALL cancellations must be made via phone call or voicemail. Email, text or social media cancellation are not valid

Less than 24 hour cancellations, no shows, & groups will be charged the full price of the service(s) booked. Appointments canceled prior to 24 hours will be refunded 30% deposits in 3-5 business days if cancellation is made prior to 24 hrs.

Cancellations made after 24 hrs will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) after 30% deposit fee.

Group Appointments (3 or more) require a 30% deposit, booking contract and a 4-week cancellation notice (this applies to every service booked for the group including changes or incorrect booking to scheduled services as well as day of change of mind service cancellations.

Cancellations of the following kind 'same day schedule changes, incorrect booking or change of mind service cancellations' will be charged for the scheduled services -not including service upgrades] . If less than 4 week notice occurs, the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.

We do not accept cash transactions (excluding tips with exact change). All major credit card are accepted. 

Late for Appointment Policy

If you may arrive late for your scheduled service(s) please, call our studio and we will always do our best to accommodate you. All clients will be allowed a 5-10 minute grace period depending on service and its timing. If you are unable to arrive at your scheduled service time, this may result in a shorter service and forgoing parts of the service in order to keep to the time allotted for your appointment (full service(s) fee will apply). If arriving past the allowed 5-15 minute grace period your late arrival will fall into our less than 24hr cancellation policy, the full service(s) fee will apply and your service will be rescheduled and will not be able to be preformed that day.

✧ Weather cancellation?

Our cancellation policy still stands regardless of the weather. [Pure Sole Nails will notify you if there is a weather closure prior to your scheduled service(s).] We kindly request that all cancellations and rescheduling take place 24hrs before your appointment time or you will be responsible for 100% of the service price (per our policy). If a snowstorm is on the horizon the week of your appointment and you are not comfortable driving in those conditions, please reach out to reschedule prior to 24hrs.

Emergencies & unforeseen circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis at our discretion. 

Cancellations less than 24-hours with illness related circumstances will be a charged 50% of the scheduled service(s) excluding group appointments. If sick or illness cancellation is made less than 4 hours prior to appointment time the full price of the service(s) will be charged. Group appointments (single service or multiple services will be charged the full price of any service booked that is cancelled.

7-free or better gel polish is not invincible. Peeling and/or chipping may occur during duration of wear for explained or unexplained reasons, especially for work that demands high dexterity use. (No-charge policy applied to gel polish fixes within 48 hours, A $7 per nail fix fee will apply to all nail fixes after 48hrs).

There are no primers, bonders, or acrylic products used during application to make it indestructible. Gel is a varnish-like overcoat that is applied to the natural nail and needs to be removed professionally, or with instruction. Wear depends on condition of the natural nail. 7-free or better gel polish last up to 10-14 days. Applications are not likely to but can chip, peel and or break during the duration of wear. This can be from general surface irregularities like thinning of the nail plate, splitting or peeling, to a very dry dehydrated or a naturally overly hydrated nail plate, or can range due to many factors.

Wear depends on condition of the natural nail. 7-free or better regular lacquer polish last up to 1-5 days. Dazzle Dry polishes last up to 1-7 days. Applications are not likely to but can chip, peel and or break during the duration of wear. This can be from general surface irregularities like thinning of the nail plate, splitting or peeling, to a very dry dehydrated or a naturally overly hydrated nail plate, or can range due to many factors.

(As our 7-free or better regular lacquer polishes do not contain any quick dry ingredients polish application dry times can take up to 24hrs to fully dry depending on coat application and if exposed to heat or friction.)

Pure sole nails is not to be held responsible, if you are dissatisfied with your color selection at the time of application or afterwards. Please let your Pure Sole Nails nail artist know that the color is NOT to your satisfaction before application starts. (This includes French polish applications on hands and feet) Change of mind applications are charged as a FULL manicure, gel manicure or pedicure service. 

Please note:

*Extensive massage is not performed at our studio, as our staff is not licensed in NYS for this speciality. 

*We do not perform extensive cuticle work at our studio. We determine cuticle care needs at the time of service and we do not perform cuticle care on cuticles with pre-existing damage, severely dry or peeling, redness around cuticle area or over growth as this poses risks of infection and further damage to the cuticles.

*We do not use callus softeners or perform extensive callus reduction, to preserve the soles’ integrity. We recommend home care tips as well as 3-6 week regular pedicure services for callus maintenance.
